If you have been impacted by COVID-19, experience hardship, and need financial support, TruNorth is here to help. Our staff is here to discuss how we can help you through this challenging time.

We are currently offering payment deferral for up to 90 days on mortgage and consumer loans. Please call TruNorth at (906) 485-1210 if you have been impacted and need assistance.

For the health and well-being of our members, employees, and communities, we have temporarily suspended lobby access to all three of our locations. Our drive-thru remains open at our main office in Ishpeming and offers most services. Please take this time to take advantage of Home Teller (online banking) and CLASS Line (phone banking). Both offer 24/7 access to your accounts, where you can make transfers, payments, check balances, and much more. We also encourage calling us to make transfers, check balances, and make payments. Our call center is staffed during regular business hours and ready to serve you. The call center can be reached at (906) 485-1210.

We have dedicated the last 70+ years to serving the financial needs of our members. Our services haven’t changed, we have only temporarily adjusted how we serve you. We look forward to establishing full branch services when the time for social distancing diminishes. In the meantime, please stay home as much as possible.
